I love bags… second to shoes. All my bags are given by my sponsors such as my OFW family. And I'm one of those lucky beneficiaries of them. But because I'm kind of very particular to quality and brand, it ends that I cannot buy one for me because I cannot afford to buy quality products. That's why I settle to wait for them giving me or join in contests especially in blog giveaway (which I'm fortunate to say, I've been lucky for the past 2 years) such us the Joei & Me: My Birthday Giveaway: Win a Coach Crossbody Bag fr…:

Four in a Row + 1 Free and more
I must have done something really good to have all the blessings poured out to me. Ever since, as I always say, I am not lucky joining in raffles, contests or giveaways. But I was hopeful. I do believe that there is a right time for everything. We'll never know. You can't have it today. But who knows what tomorrow may bring. And that is happening to me since I first won a raffle prize last December of 2011 and became full blown last year. Good things comes to those who patiently wait indeed. The past few weeks had been full of beautiful surprises. But for this post, I'll be sharing my happiness to you of how lucky I am to have won 3 blog giveaways in a just one week and another one came in this morning as I opened my email.
For my first winning, I got this beautiful package of Pond's product line of BB creams. It's from the blog giveaway of Ms. Rowena Lei of Animetric's World as seen here. I am super overwhelmed because I am a Pond's user of their Age miracle day cream and their facial wash. I love how it makes my skin supple and glowing. As what I have said in my winning entry, that it gives radiance to my skin while it nourishes from within. I really love the effect in and on my skin. It really does a lot of wonders. Though I haven't tried yet their BB creams, for sure it will have the same effect on me.

The vanity mirror is a plus for me because the one that I have in my desk gave way already and to think it's not mine. I was guilty pa because it's my officemate mirror.
Okay, this one is a bonus winning I got from Ms. Lei herself. I can't be more happier. I've been longing to buy K-Palette. And now I have it for free. No sweat for me and my pocket!
These stuff are silently adding up to my wish list including the second winning I got from a doctor blogger (which i will have a separate post on), 2 food giveaways in which I won a cake (which I was disqualified because I'm not a resident of Metro Manila) and a perishable food (which I was still negotiating or requesting the host that I'll be able to get it on November pa) and the free one was a bag of Unilever products from a kind hearted person. All of them came in just in time and even more than I ever expected. Even if I didn't get the cake prize but still I am thankful that I was chosen as the lucky winner. Maybe a more qualified person needs that more than I needed it. I am still crossing fingers and hoping for more winnings in blogs and non-blog giveaways in the future. I hope this would not jinx everything but will put on good vibes all the more.
So to you dear readers, I will encourage you to join in blog giveaways. Who knows, your time will come.

Malware detection
As soon as I visited my blog today, this came in a shock for me.
Why did this happen? But when I access my blog site on my other computer, this did not prompt me.
I got scared and until now because I don't know what happened. I just hope the other computer has problem accessing my site and not for the others to visit me. Oh I hope there's really nothing wrong.

Hello Kitty!
Every little girl knows who Hello Kitty is. She's that adorable pussy cat that captures little girls' hearts. Not just the little ones but even adult girls couldn't resist her charm. I remember back then, I collect stuff that has Hello Kitty, Melody and Little Twin Stars on it. Up to this day, I still find them adorable and cute. At my daughter's first birthday party which I blogged about it here and here, I didn't think of any other character but Hello Kitty only for my little girl's theme decorations. Searching for the party favors and decors was quite a breeze because of Jollibee and party suppliers for a Girl's Birthday Party that made it easy for me to find the things I need for the event. For the giveaways, I had Hello Kitty tumblers, utensils, plate and hanky for the girls and Batman apparels for the boys like pencil case, ID string and writing supplies. Some of the decorations were provided by Jollibee. However, the piñata should have been a Hello Kitty which should look like this. But we ran out of time looking for a Hello Kitty piñata hence the Dora the Explorer piñata was what we used.
Overall it was a successful birthday event that up to now I am happy of what took place. I was very satisfied with my party suppliers from the food, the decorations, the program and most importantly the memories with my loved ones who graced the event made it more meaningful. #birthdayparty #Hellokitty #partysupplier

Party Planning + Party Suppliers = One Fabulous Party
I always enjoy things related to arts and crafts, DIY in party events. I am very fond and passionate about the details and the preparation itself though it could be stressful yet challenging and fulfilling. Every time there's invitation to these, I'll make it a point not to miss the said gathering. I feel happy seeing details embodied in the party itself. From the invitation card, to the theme, the cake, giveaways, the food and the party venue itself. It adds more jazz and excitement to the merriment when everything is dolled up. Weddings, birthdays, baptismal events are nice avenue for showcasing one's creativity.
In times like this, I go to party suppliers because it's already a one stop shop. You need not go from one place to another in order to find what you need. In today's generation, online buying or shopping gives one a lot of convenience. It saves time and energy plus you have a wide variety of items to choose from. Party decorations, favors and ideas for all sorts of event like 50th Anniversary Decorations, Bridal/Engagement Party Decorations, themed-birthday party, baby shower, baptismal, bachelorette, wedding or even Christmas, Valentines, graduation and prom events, a party supplier can cater these to you hassle-free. What's good about having a party supplier is that you can choose the items yourself and make your dream party a reality. #partysupplier #partydecorations

Modern Lighting at Home
A homeowner with a dining room featuring modern décor likely wants the lighting to play an important role in the appearance of the space. That's why many homeowners choose contemporary light fixtures for their dining rooms. One example of this sort of lighting comes in the form of pendant lights. Here are a few examples of how homeowners use pendant lights in their dining rooms.
Some homeowners like the look of pendant lighting above their dining room table. A pendant light that features a bell shape is one idea for a homeowner's dining room. Two or three of these pendant lights would give a long dining room table a tremendous amount of light.
Homeowners often choose to install pendant lighting above a buffet table that is sitting on one side of a dining room. A host may use this table to help in the serving process. For instance, some hosts enjoy taking each guest's plate and filling it with the different foods that he or she has prepared. This way, the guests can remain seated. Pendant lights above a side table in a dining room can illuminate all of the dishes and make the silverware sparkle! A homeowner who hosts lots of dinners would likely appreciate pendant lighting above a dining room's side table.

Alternatively, a single pendant light would be enough to illuminate a smaller dining room table. A pendant light above a dining room table would highlight the attractive appearance of any meal that a host puts out for guests.

You're Too Good to be True
When the time some regions in the Philippines were battered by the strong typhoon Yolanda last Friday, I was getting good news towards the end of the week instead. How is that naman? It was such a blessing and I am really one lucky person! I couldn't believe that good vibes is indeed paying attention to me. Two months ago I won lots of goodies from Ms. Jackie Go's anniversary giveaway which I blogged it here, here and here and until now I haven't completed featuring each one of them. And now, this is what I saw from Ms. Tiffany of Breakfast at Tiffany blog in her post here. Thank you God for these unexpected blessings! You really know what I need and that is paying attention to the woman that I am. That I should still take care of my self despite being a mother, a wife, a career woman rolled into one.
This is my prize ladies and gentlemen. Presenting another beauty loot for me.
It's the first time I encountered this beauty product brand. I was kind of ecstatic reading Ms. Tiffany's prologue of the product line which you can view it here, here and here. I never hesitated joining even it means I'll pay for the shipping fee. But no. Ms. Tiffany didn't oblige me to pay nor does the giveaway says. She willingly shouldered everything until I will just receive it. Sitting pretty lang ang peg ko. I'm excited to have my first hand experience on her love connection with the product. Thank you again Ms. Tiffany for this giveaway. #vanity #feelingblessed #beautyoverload

Earn $300
I've got invited by my blogger friend on the link below:
http://www.Inviteincome.com/index.php?refcode=2915
After registering, I earned about $25. Right now as I checked on my account, I got $35. It amazed me because I never did anything for that span of time from the time I registered. I found out about my blogger friend in which she blogged about it here, that she earned big bucks already. Very convincing right? Unlike me, I tried to click on the survey and it lead me to a link of mobile application on games and others. It was where it lead me when I clicked on what area specifically I wanna take the survey. I tried to key in my phone number as what it asked (I never mind keying in my phone number because it's just a prepaid line. Does that make any sense? Or I should be careful too?). For a matter of seconds I got a message from my mobile phone containing a code to verify in which I key in back in their webpage. And then it says that I have successfully completed the process. After which, I tried to visit again the site and it earned me $10 more. Fascinating huh!
Like what my blogger friend said, well let's see what will happen. If you are curious about what I'm saying which led me also to visit the site, click on the link above underlined in green font. Let me hear your experience too or your views about it. #easymoney #blogging

Prizes Revealed Part 2: Olay and Celeteque
Well as promised, one-by-one I am unraveling the prizes I won from Ms. Jackie Go's blog giveaway which you can view it here. This is the second batch of prizes I am showing you (first part post here). See? It's not only one or two items. It's more than 10 actually (hahaha!). That's how big time, generous and blessed Ms. Jackie of GoJackieGo is. And I'm so lucky to have won these items from her.
The photo below are my beauty essential loots I got. I forgot to take photo pala of the trial Cure Gel pack. But it's included in my loots.
The photo below are my beauty essential loots I got. I forgot to take photo pala of the trial Cure Gel pack. But it's included in my loots.
From Left to right: Olay Regenerist Moisturiser in 75ml bottle, Celeteque Firming Overnight Cream in 50g bottle, Celeteque Anti-Wrinkle Collagen gel in 40ml bottle.
Pulling it out in their cartons, these are how their actual packaging looks like.
I'm a fan of Olay Total effects (side by side Pond's Age Miracle Cell ReGen products) especially their facial wash and moisturizer. I swear by it's effects and they suit my skin type. I'm no vain in using beauty products. Sometimes because of my laziness I forget to apply it religiously. But as much as possible I slather some cream in my face because I have parts in my skin that tends to dry and too much oiliness in my T-zone. I'm afraid that when I get older my skin would not be that supple enough and wrinkles takes the stage. They say when you are in your 20's you have to take care of your skin and begin the 3-step beauty regimen of Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize including wearing sunblock. I'm blessed to have an acne-free skin but white and blackheads are visibly all over.
So here are my beauty loots I won. #vanity #beauty

Prizes Revealed: Manila Baby Bags
In my post here, I joyously bragged about my loots as a giveaway winner from Ms. Jackie Go's blog anniversary. I was too excited to post it hence delaying the post of each items and posting it as a whole instead. But because I swear that each item deserves to be featured on its own, I'll start to introduce not only one but two wonderful and useful items not only for me but for my 2 kids. That's how generous Ms. Jackie is. She gave not only one but two Manila Baby bags! By the way the prizes I got were not only applicable for me but for my little ones as well.
As early as now, I have a bag prepared for my almost 3 year old daughter for school. I find this truly nice and I can put a name tag on its front outside.
Look how spacious it is inside. I think this one has still a price on the tag. Definitely it is not cheap and I'm glad I know it has of good quality.
I love that both sides have this compartment for their bottle of water or juice as baon.
I'm happy that this bag can house a lot. It's expandable and it's roomy. I really love the color. I can even use this because the design can be good for grown-ups too.
This is another "body" bag I got. This is a backpack and the design is unique for a backpack.
This is also an expandable that can house a lot of things.
I forgot to take a photo of the pouch that is included also in this "body" bag.
I love this design and its quality. It's a sturdy one and the fabric is thick.
This two alone makes me giddy and happy already. More to come because I still have a lot to feature. Feeling #blessed #lucky #winner.

Prizes Revealed
This is my very much awaited loot that I won through Ms. Jackie Go of GoJackieGo blog. She had this anniversary giveaway and I'm one of the lucky five winners/ bloggers. Honestly, I didn't know which giveaway I won from the many prizes she gave away. But the mere fact that I won, I'm excited about it more so that it's a surprise prize (clueless of what is in store for me). Hence, I emailed Ms. Jackie and thankful for choosing me. She humbly and welcome my request asking her for a personalized note. And to my amazement, she personally volunteered to ship it to me instead of the sponsor for she'll be adding some stuffs to my prize. Naluluha talaga ako sa tuwa. So after almost 3 weeks (I didn't mind that it took so long for I know I will receive it in God's perfect time and I have it for free!), this surprise me and didn't expect to have this much. The products/ stuff in here deserves to have a one-on-one introduction. So I'll be blogging it soon.

Rainfall of Blessings
It's Tuesday today. And I got NOT one but two more blessings and opportunities to be thankful and grateful for. When I opened my email today, this notification make me rub and blink my eyes, stare for a few seconds to see if this is really is it:
Oh my! This is the second blog giveaway contest that I actually won. Thank you Ms. Jackie Go for sharing your blessings to us, your avid readers. It's her birthday giveaway by the way. Honestly, she's one of the lifestyle blogger I admire and support. She's a well-rounded person: a mom, a wife, beautiful, lovin' her height and the way she carries herself despite having tots around. She has the cutest husband too! (hehehe). Recently, I got engorged by the post she write on her son Juro's 1st birthday celebration. Since the youngest daughter of mine will turn 1 soon, I was inspired by the things she prepared for her pogi baby Juro. Her post gave me so much ideas for my 2-week preparation of my daughter's birthday. Anyway, you may visit her in her blog entitled, Go Jackie Go. Her blog got the new look too in time for her blog's second anniversary and her birthday. I'm lovin' it because of the green color. It's very cool and refreshing to the eyes.
For those who didn't get the blog anniversary giveaway prizes, she still has an ongoing giveaway. It's a lunch date with her. I wanna join that but I'm living far away from her. So I settled joining this contest which I am one of the lucky winner. Not bad at all.
The second and third blessing I got today is a blog assignment shared by my blogger officemate-mentor-friend. A great heart of her for being generous to me and knowing my desires.
Thank you guys for lighting up my drive and momentum today. I'll always be grateful to you for the happiness you've shared. #blessings #happiness
How about you? Have you shared your blessings to others? What impact did it made to you?

The Beauty of Home Care
I love interior design. That is a fact. Why I emphasize its factualness because I'm proud to be one of those few people who appreciate the beauty of home and design and make it a way of living and as a profession. I mean its a rarity when one says I want to be an Interior designer when I finish schooling or when I grow up. Ever since my high school days, I am passionate about beautifying our home and rearranging our furnitures to come up old pieces into a 'not-boring' state. Yes. Having your furnitures re-arranged once in a while gives a new feel and vibe in a space and the furniture itself. It gives an old piece a feel good view once it is positioned on a location where it was once dull. Anyhow, one great home decorating idea and piece I love is sprucing up the space with a carpet. It is a good alternative to giving your space a different angle of elegance and simplicity alongside with wall frames. I find putting knick knacks too chaotic because it may tend to crowd in the place. Having carpet/s in your home makes it homey and vibrant too that is why there's no need to put many decorative pieces that will just collect dust and a lot of time cleaning it.
Speaking of cleaning, this is also the advantage of having carpet as it already beautify ones living space where it can be the focal point to any area of your home. It gives a statement already to an abode as there are a lot of carpet designs and variety to choose from in the market today. No need for putting too much of figurines, vases and stuff. Having such pieces will only give you a lot of time cleaning miniature ones. Like me, I have one carpet and that's the only thing I give my whole time when cleaning my room. I bought it in a thrift shop. I don't know what kind of carpet it is but it gives my room a different good feel. Since it's a light weight carpet, I clean it with warm water and a mild soap then hung it dry. I don't know about heavy duty ones on how to care for it especially those rugs and carpets that of high quality and value like Persian rugs. Those that are made of Wool and Silk I guess has a proper way of restoring and laundering that will still preserve its quality over the years. Then leave it to the experts to prevent and diminish wear and tear easily. They would know how to extend your rugs and carpets shelf life longer especially if its torn and needs repair. Practical Gift Idea
When it comes to giving gifts for any occasion, I normally am clueless on what to buy which would perfectly fit for the person. I don't want the idea of giving something just for the sake of giving. It doesn't make anything special or any sense for that matter. But there are some cases wherein you think the person almost have everything and that's the most difficult part: what to give him or her as a present. The best thing about giving gifts is you can make a creative way on how you would want to present it to the recipient. It doubles the excitement ones you receive a gift not just a box with a wrapper and a card. I found a very practical and creative gift idea when you are still looking for the perfect one. Vistaprint, which I found online, gives you creative idea on what to give to the loved ones.
Aside from the usual greeting cards, they also specialize on business cards, stationaries, stickers and labels, calendars and more that you can actually personalize for them and give it as a gift. A wise and wonderful idea right? Not a common one. Aside from that they extend their products to clothing and accessories. We are almost near the holiday season and this will be a great idea on what to give for Christmas and other special occasion as well.

Home improvement made easy
When me and my husband got married, we immediately transferred in our own house. It's good to have our own nook and start anew. The thing about having our own home is that I can go all out as to improving and designing our new nest. For everybody's information, I am very much inclined to home and interior designing. It is my ultimate dream and became passionate about it until now. We started to have an extension at the back of our house where our dining and 2nd kitchen is situated. We haven't polished it with paint yet because we still have some fixings to do. One major factor we considered is to have proper Home Insulation which is very important when it comes to proper ventilation inside the house. Insulators help in reducing heat loss which helps us save energy. We live in a tropical area and having a hot weather is very inconvenient. Having said that, did you know that a house that has the right ventilation could make and save big bucks and creates healthier and comfortable living? See the following illustrations for your better understanding.
Let's take a look at New Zealand. New Zealand is situated in the South Pacific region where its weather and climate conditions tend to be unpredictable and could vary in extremes at a day. It is said that New Zealand could make 4 seasons happen in just one day. They experience seasons of Spring (September to November), Summer (December to February), Autumn (March to May) and Winter (June to August) with its extreme weather conditions at that. Its climate is dominated by the mountains and the sea. It is perfectly advisable especially for the tourists to always wear sunblock to protect the skin from UV radiation coming from the extreme heat of Mr. Sun even in the onset of cloudy weather and especially during the Summer season. One interesting fact about New Zealand is that it has one of the highest UV ratings in the world. This is because the country has the clearest and cleanest environment with less air pollution that could block harsh heat from the sun. I didn't know that air pollution could help in anyway like that. For one, the basic and major means of living in New Zealand is through farming, livestock and since they are surrounded by a vast shoreline, they are abundant in marine life and aquaculture. With this kind of environment it is indeed a a livable place to live in because of its wonderful climate and weather condition. No wonder a lot of New Zealanders opt to have their own homes insulated and ventilated to maintain a good place to live in despite the sudden change of weather condition they are experiencing whole year round.
In order for me to start proper ventilating my house, I plan to get and apply for payday loans. It is a good alternative for me and convenient since I'd be able to choose my desired loan amount without worrying how to pay for it. Moreover, it is a wise decision too because it won't pressure me even if unpaid payments has not been settled. Though a risk is expected if these unsecured loans for bad credit will be taken for granted. But in general, it is the easiest and faster way that I'd be able to make my home energy efficient and big savings too in the long run. Having a good investment such as this will help save a thousand bucks!

Staycations
Summer is over and so is vacation. Normally people spend their summer months by going to the beach, spending time with family, relatives and friends going out-of-town. Vacation-ing is quite expensive and tiring since you'll be out most of the time beating the heat of Mr. Sun. Nevertheless, the fun and adventure cannot be paid with the experience it offers. However, for people who are not adventurous in spirit and prefers NOT to stay outdoors, they would just laze around in their respective house and/or hanging out in the malls. Recently, I found a better way of spending vacation in a cheaper, comfortable, and luxurious way.
Hotel & resort stay-cations are the "in" thing now. It is the best alternative to experience vacation in a relaxing and different way not too far from where you're at. I love staying in a hotel & resort because of: 1) luxurious ambiance, 2) extra service, pampering and treatment for their guests, and 3) the amenities they have all under one roof. While on the look out of hotel & resort stay-cations, one major consideration when choosing where to stay is how good their amenities are. You would know that a hotel, resort or restaurant's quality is through its amenities and equipment they are using down from the lobby, in their restaurant/ bar, to their pool area up until the nook you'll be staying at. Hotel Supply Online does the trick. Moreover, spending staycation in a hotel is not just locking yourself in your room. You will always be in the look out for some entertainment. The bar is where the heart of the party is. One thing that I enjoy being at the bar is where bartenders are juggling and mixing drinks in the tumblers and other Hotel Bar Supplies for that produce of good drinks perfect for a chitchat to cap down the night.
How I wish I spent hotel stay-cation with my family last summer. My friend and her family are doing and enjoying stay-cations like at Atlanta Hotel Supply. She has been doing it with her family even if not on vacation season just for a change and for fun too. Probably next summer, I'll take my family to a great hotel & resort stay-cation treat.

My Sugar, Spice and everything Nice: An Inspiration
She is the most bubbly, funny, adorable, happy soul, all out person I've known in the blogosphere. She is a genuine, thoughtful, loving and generous mother, wife, daughter, friend that anyone could ever have. I don't know her personally but her blog says it all. I couldn't remember what, how or where I found her in the blogosphere. But the moment I bumped into her blog, that was the start of everything. I silently read her blog post everyday. No fail. I don't comment at first because by just reading and seeing her blog post and photos in it is fine enough for me. The way she just loved her 3 kids and hubby endeared me to her and that melts my heart away. She's a kind a mom anyone would want. She's so attached to her kids and vice versa. Her childish-like ways made her youthful and glow even more as I could see in her 3 kids (Ate, Babyson & Lovey as what she calls them) and her Kap (what she calls her hubby) surrounding her. Ms. Jane/ Mommy Jane, even if you are chubby (no offense po!) and I'm not, I wish I have your BIG heart. That is truly amazing of you. And that makes you endearing.
And because I'm a proud fan of hers, she just answered my teeny-weeny request through answering the Old School Blogging/ Alphabet Meme a.k.a "slumbook/autograph". Imagine she made me some kinda tribute and effort and generous of her to put me in her space! A blog post for me? I'm boasting it now and reposting it in my blog too. That's how ecstatic I am. I'm pretty sure too that her millions of supporters would want to know her inside and out. So this is Ms. Jane fellow bloggers. Visit her blog and surely you will be entertained and know what I am raving about. Here's the link below she made for me. Thank you Ms. Jane/ Mommy Jane to the moon and back!

See you at the top!
It's good to be on higher grounds. It makes oneself confident in a positive manner. It's more on feeling grateful, humbled and honored when others acknowledged and accepted you for the small achievements you made. I am telling this because my blog, Sound of Life, is making waves and ranking 300 in the Top Blogs as of today and having a Page rank 2 for quite a while now. For this, I am thanking not only my readers (I'm positive I have ;))) but also to the bloggers who inspired me on writing my own. They are many to mention. Here's a proof of what you have done to me and my blog.
Need to post or else di na maulit ang ganitong ranking.
This is overwhelming for me. As a newbie. this would be my gauge to strive even harder. THANK YOU TO YOU!
